2. Authorized use
Users must access only their organization’s workspace, protect credentials, and use credit information for legitimate commercial purposes.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for credit decisions, source-data accuracy, user permissions, and applicable regulatory obligations.
4. Availability and changes
Service capabilities may evolve. Planned maintenance and material operational changes will be communicated through the platform.
5. Limitation and termination
Access may be suspended for security threats, misuse, nonpayment, or material breach, subject to the governing customer agreement.
